Please include your name, phone number and address, along with the item number and quantity that you would like to order. Including your phone number is critical, since we may need to call to verify and confirm the order information.

Our Shipping rates are $9.95 for all items shipped in the contiguous United States. For international items or items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please check with our staff by phone. To pay with credit card, please call the store at (859) 278-7005 and we will handle payment. All credit card transactions are handled securely on-location.
